Account Cancellation / Refund Policy: For paid products and services, such as HRA, you may cancel your membership for any reason at all within 14 days of joining. Once you do this, you will receive a full refund and all access to the products or services you have paid for will be removed once that refund is issued. Thereafter, when you cancel your subscription your access to the products or services you have paid for will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Any refunds will be discretionary after the initial 14 day period, but in any case, we will not issue refunds going back further than the last three months.

Disputes And Making False Statements: If you raise a false dispute with PayPal or Stripe (e.g. claiming non-receipt when you have actually had access to our tools, or incorrectly claiming a transaction was unauthorized), or otherwise puts our account at risk, then your account will be terminated immediately, and you will be prevented from re-joining. Raising needless disputes with PayPal or Stripe not only wastes our time, as we have to deal with it, but it puts our PayPal or Stripe account at risk. Please, all you need to do if you have any issue is contact us as we will always try to do the right thing.

MINORS

We do not provide services or sell products to children. If you are below the age of 18, you may use our website only with the permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you are a minor, please do not provide us or other website visitors with any personal information.

All claims must arbitrate on an individual basis, and cannot be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of anyone else. All arbitration must occur in Navajo County, Arizona, USA. Each party shall bear one half of the arbitration fees and costs incurred, and each party is responsible for its own lawyer fees.

SEVERABILITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If any part of these Terms & Conditions of use are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that part shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these Terms & Conditions are fully enforceable and legally binding.
